Seed selection begins right in the standing crop before harvest. Always select seeds from the center of healthy, disease-free field patches.
### Storage Guidelines
- Thoroughly sun-dry seeds until moisture content drops below 9-10%.
- Use dry neem leaves at the bottom and top of storage containers.
- Mix wood ash with pulse seeds to protect against weevils.
